FLux Injectors for the 03 and 04 engines*

Over one year after starting and five revised designs, the Flux Injectors are now complete and fully tested for the 03 and 04 model years. The Flux Injector was designed to compliment the TST and other pulse width duration boxes. Twin turocharged and upgraded single turbocharged engines can now use all levels of the TST up to and including level 9 in horsepwer settings. Twin turbocharged engines can use level 9 in torque settings as well. We are seeing 100 degrees less EGT at cruise and 200-300 less at wide open throttle than the stock injectors. The Flux injects more fuel in a shorter period of time and earlier in the cycle to avoid excessively late fuel being burned, which drives up EGT and raises the soot production. Improving the spraying angle to better suit an earlier injection angle (advanced timing from higher pressure and mechanical means with boxes) helped to cut soot, EGT and raise power output.
