Return Policy

Time Frame for Returns: Returns will ONLY be accepted within 30 days from the date the item was delivered to you. After that time, you will need to contact the manufacturer for warranty issues.

Return Authorization: If you wish to return an item, you MUST phone or email us for an RMA# (Return Authorization Number) within 30 days from the date the item was delivered to you. Items returned without an RMA# will not be accepted, and will be sent back to you. You can reach us by calling 1-888-225-7637 / 1-253-735-6281 or by sending an email to bob-wagner@msn.com

Defective Items: If an item is defective on arrival, or within 30 days of delivery to you, we will ship a replacement upon return of the defective item. You are responsible for shipping the defective item back to us. We will ship the replacement to you via prepaid USPS.

Non-Defective Items: All non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges paid by you are not refundable. If we paid to ship the item to you (whether fully or partially), our original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Refused Shipments: Any shipment that is refused upon delivery will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, plus our original cost of shipping.

Suitability: We cannot and do not guarantee that any product will work with any specific application. We suggest that if you are unsure if a product will be suitable for your needs you contact us for advice.

Privacy Policy

Information you provide to us when using our online service will never be divulged, sold, or shared with anyone, for any reason without your consent.

Security Procedures

Orders: Upon placing an order, we'll send you an email confirming the order. We'll also send you an email as soon as the order is shipped. This will not only keep you informed of your order's progress, but will also alert you if someone is using your account or computer without your permission. Credit Card Purchases: Credit card purchases are insured through your credit card company over the Internet. Protection provided by your credit card company limits your liability in the case of fraud and acts as a safety-net for everyone doing electronic commerce over the Internet. Debit Card Purchases: Typically, debit cards are treated differently than credit cards so you should check with your bank.
